Flowers have blossomed
The sight is pretty awesome
Bees are buzzing round

When a child is born it is so joyful
And everyone is so very tearful
The child now sleeps and eats all the time
While his parents play him some wooden chimes

He is now concerned about his studies
But he still spends time with his old buddies
His parents stood proud has he got honours
His competitors were now all goners

This was the story of a young boys life
But sadly for him he still has no wife
 But this gave him time to pursue his dreams
Becoming an artist of many themes

Life is a journey of joy and sorrow
Cherish life as today's is not tomorrow
 

The Perfect World- Free Verse

 The perfect world
What would it be like,
It would be a place
where everyone will have no
worries
It would be like heaven
There would be enough
food, water, shelter, and clothes for all.
The sun would be shining,
the air would be filled with sweet melodies.
The perfect place would be where all
would live in perfect
harmony

Tornado-Quatrain

People gaze as a twister touches down
They tremble in fear as it rips up their town
They hide in their basements and hope for the best
Waiting out the storm to pass Mother Natures test

Evening in Autumn-Free Verse

As I stroll around the block, multicolored leaves gently kiss my feet,
Men and women rake and clean their yards full of golden leaves
They watch in dismay as their own kids ruin it by one leap
But like a happy family they get back at it,
Drivers pass by to admire the beautiful oaks
Accompanied by the sweet odour of cedarr in the chilly breeze
